Rosewood Commercial and incredibly talented “eye-for-high-design” owner, Mark Dunnett was contacted by Las Vegas corporate management to scope out and execute a design / build project at the prominent Oak Street store that included two phases over the course of fall 2011 and Spring 2012.

The first phase consisted of remodeling a two-tenant shared space into a single tenant space that included many individualized casework enhancements, new lighting to complement eyewear style on display, and other superior decorative compliments for a better customer shopping experience.

The second phase further upgraded the store lighting for greater emphasis on product illumination. Much strategy was went into the final lighting selections and locational positioning of each fixture. Signage upgrades, both in-store and street-side, created greater brand exposure outside thereby driving customers inside. A new “vintage” front-and-center cash wrap wa installed and included flooring, electrical and millwork perimeter enhancements. Finally, luxurious material upgrades created a more savvy and appealing, customer friendly atmosphere.

Morgenthal Frederics is recognized as one of the most exclusive eyewear marques in the world. The detailed work of Rosewood Commercial complimented the brand status perfectly with it elite store redesign and two-phased makeover.
