The Starwood owned hotel, 4 Points Sheraton awarded a major renovation to Rosewood Commercial, a subsidiary of RWC led by Mark Dunnett for a design and build interior renovation. The contract included in-house branded interior designer and architectural plans and specifications. This extensive project included a complete makeover of the corridors, guestrooms, floorings, walls, and artwork. All FFE materials were presented and approved through the Starwood Design Authority group. The team met with the highest marks from Starwood management upon successful project completion.
